By accessing the Agora Apps platform, utilizing our AI Forge, or commissioning bespoke digital architecture, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. These terms adhere to international e-commerce and digital service delivery standards.

All financial transactions processed through the Agora Apps ecosystem are securely handled by Stripe, our international payment gateway partner. We do not store, process, or hold your raw credit card information on our servers at any time.

By submitting a payment for a Standard App, Premium App, or Custom Build deposit, you agree to Stripe's universal processing terms and confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method utilized.

Due to the irreversible, sovereign nature of digital code delivery, standard automated refunds are not immediately available once a master .zip file or PWA has been downloaded or deployed to your vault.

If you believe a digital asset was delivered in error or severely fails to meet the accepted architectural blueprint, you may submit a formal refund request to our Agency Team.

Custom builds require a 50% deposit to initiate the Forge. The final 50% settlement is required only after the client has approved the visual or staging proof of work. Upon final payment, full sovereign ownership of the code is transferred to the client.

Your participation in the Agora Apps ecosystem automatically enters your transaction into the Upliftment Registry ledgers. As outlined in our Legal Notice, this is a community revenue-sharing algorithm and does not constitute a game of chance or gambling.
